Terms & Conditions
We require a minimum of two (2) hours notice before the scheduled pickup time in order to avoid late cancellation fees to a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours depending on location. Please contact us for your particular destination’s cancellation notice policy.
No Show Charges
If Client is unable to locate Client’s Chauffeur for any reason, Client should immediately contact the Autocab at either (800) 123 - 456 or (313) 654-321, 24 hours a day/ seven days a week. Our Dispatch Offices will be able to locate the Chauffeur immediately and facilitate a meeting point. “No Show” fees will apply in the event the Client fails to call our office before leaving the scheduled pickup location. This charge also applies if Client fails to cancel the reservation and the Chauffeur is dispatched. No Shows charges are billed at the respective minimums for each market and specified vehicle type.
Conduct of Passengers
Client is obliged not to interfere with the Driver while he/she is conducting his/her duty. It is strictly prohibited to tamper with the vehicle.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under the Service Contract, and the Company shall not be deemed in breach of its obligations thereunder, if such failure or delay is due to Acts of God, natural disasters, national, state or local states of emergency, acts of war or terrorism, labor strike or lock-out, or other industrial or transportation accident caused by any third party, any violation of law, regulation or ordinance by any third party or any other cause not within the control of the Company.
These Policy and Terms constitute the Service Contract which is the entire agreement between the Company and Client and supersedes any and all other agreements, either oral or written with respect to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of this contract shall be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
